I recently was experiencing issues with my second floor toilet.  The water in the tank would not fill up. This issue was noticed at almost midnight.  I came across BMF Plumbing via internet search and when I  called that night Brett answered and was very responsive to all my concerns and made it out to my home early the next morning. When Brett arrived he was nothing short of professional and courteous.  He explained everything in detail of what was to be expected and what was critically needed and the time. Brett diagnosed my initial concern and upon his assessments was able to help me prevent future issues that would have probably went unnoticed  if he did not educate me on prevention and solutions. Brett, the owner from BMF was a great professional.  He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive.  He showed up before schedule time and performed all the trouble shooting of the problem before providing me with a fair and reasonable quote.
